If the outer carton is damaged and / or is stuck with a different tape than our green tape with the Can Agri logo, then a damage report should be drawn up with the courier. In the event of damage to orders during transport, photos of the damaged package and photos of the damaged goods will be required. Claims without a damage report and photos of the package will not be considered!
