Durability - Belt made from strong 50 mm wide polyester webbing, with a maximum load capacity of 4,000 kg in a twisted configuration (e.g. it is wrapped around the load or fixed in a so-called ‘U’ system) or 2,000 kg in a straight configuration, i.e. when it is tensioned without any redirection (without turning through buckles, hooks, etc.).

Belt tensioning force as high as 2.8 kN - This is the force generated by the tensioning mechanism (e.g. tensioner with buckle), with standard manual tensioning

Tensioning ratchet - Thanks to the tensioning ratchet, the belt can be fine-tuned for a better fit to the load and greater clamping force.
