Technovit-2-Bond® is a modern two-component polyurethane adhesive system developed for professional bovine hoof care and orthopedic treatment. The system is designed to significantly reduce the time required for hoof treatment procedures while providing an exceptionally durable bond between the hoof and the orthopedic hoof block. It eliminates the long waiting time associated with traditional adhesives, minimizing animal stress and improving the efficiency of hoof trimming and treatment.

Application

The system is used for the treatment of hoof disorders by bonding orthopedic hoof blocks to the healthy claw, transferring weight away from the injured claw and promoting healing. It is ideally suited for use both on farms and in field conditions, where fast application and reliable adhesion in wet, demanding environments are essential.

How It Works

The system is based on the rapid chemical reaction of two polyurethane components dispensed directly from the cartridge. Special mixing nozzles automatically blend the adhesive during application, eliminating errors caused by manual mixing. The cartridge design enables precise dispensing at 45° and 90° angles, making it easy to apply the adhesive even when working around a restrained animal.
