Durable Construction

Metal components are manufactured from AISI 316 stainless steel and Duplex stainless steel, providing excellent corrosion resistance and long-term reliability. High-quality engineering thermoplastics ensure a lightweight yet mechanically robust construction. In addition, a wide range of seal options (Viton, EPDM, Viton EXT) allows the pump to be matched to the chemical properties of the dosed medium, ensuring optimum chemical compatibility and leak-free operation.

Flexible Installation

The pump can be:

This provides maximum flexibility when organizing the workplace, improves operator safety, and minimizes the risk of leaks or direct contact with concentrated chemicals.

This model is equipped with a by-pass system, allowing liquids to be mixed outside the pump body. This significantly extends the service life of the pump, especially when dosing highly corrosive or reactive chemicals.

Reliable Performance

The MX.250.P022 is designed to operate at temperatures between 5°C and 40°C and withstands peak static pressures of up to 10 bar, ensuring reliable performance in both cool and moderately warm environments.

The pump also features a unique self-cleaning system, allowing deposits to be removed without dismantling the unit. Simply unscrew the front cleaning screw and let the water pressure flush the internal mechanism.
