Application

This blanket is intended for use with calves during the rearing period, especially in the first weeks of life when maintaining proper temperature is crucial. It can be used in a barn or in sheltered areas where animals are exposed to drafts or temperature drops. The blanket is also useful during fluctuating weather, when an extra protective layer improves the comfort of young animals. It is a practical choice for farms engaged in the daily care of calves.

How it works

The blanket is placed directly on the calf and fastened with plastic buckles, making daily use easy. Its lightweight construction and special quilting help retain warmth and reduce the risk of the animal getting chilled. The material is resistant to wind and moisture, making the blanket more effective in changing conditions. The lack of protruding straps ensures a safer and easier fit when putting on and wearing.

In practice

On the farm, the blanket helps protect calves during colder mornings, sudden weather changes, and when reared in partially sheltered conditions. Its lightweight form does not burden the animal, while providing an extra protective layer needed in the first weeks of life. The polyester fabric and machine washable design at 30°C make it easy to maintain in everyday farm routines. The navy blue color and lengths of 70 cm and 80 cm allow selection to suit the needs of young calves in standard use.
