COVATUTTO 16L FAN – digital incubator with fan-heated system

COVATUTTO 16L FAN is a modern next-generation digital incubator equipped with a fan-heated system. Forced air circulation ensures even heat distribution throughout the incubation chamber, eliminating temperature differences typical of simple static models. Stability is ensured by a 40 W heating element and a built-in, precise thermostat that automatically maintains the set temperature throughout the incubation period.

Importantly, the thermostat is integrated into the device and comes as standard. In many competing incubators, precise temperature control requires purchasing an external regulator, adding extra cost. With the COVATUTTO 16L FAN, users get a complete, ready-to-use system without the need for additional accessories.

The device is made in Italy from high-quality, non-toxic food-safe materials, safe for contact with eggs and biologically sensitive incubation environments. The material is resistant to moisture and mechanical damage, while remaining safe for developing embryos. The top part of the housing is made of flame-retardant material to protect the electrical components. An additional transparent coating protects electronic parts from moisture and corrosion.

The incubator faithfully reproduces the natural microclimate and egg movement during incubation. The insulated cylinder provides extra protection – in the event of a power outage, the device can retain heat for up to 24 hours, significantly increasing the safety of the hatch.

Factory settings are designed for hatching chicken eggs and other common poultry species:

Parameters can be adjusted at any time using the built-in, easy-to-read digital display.

The model features an automatic egg-turning system with a wave-tilt mechanism. The system activates every 50 minutes for approximately 40 seconds, stopping the eggs in a different position each cycle. This ensures even heat distribution and supports proper embryo development.

Three days before hatching, egg turning should be turned off, the tray and lever removed, and eggs placed directly on the bottom of the incubator.

Compared to the 16L PRO version, the 16L FAN differs in the heating system – the FAN uses forced air circulation, while the PRO operates in a static system. Settings, materials, and usage remain the same.
