Dosage:

• shortly after calving, administer two boluses using a bolus applicator, according to the instructions. If necessary, administer another bolus 12 hours after calving.

• carefully insert the applicator over the base of the tongue into the throat.

During the supplementation of calcium or sodium propionates at the end of pregnancy, an assessment of mineral balance should be conducted to assess the risk of hypocalcemia after calving.
